Waitlist terms
The terms for joining the APlayout waitlist. They do not cover the APlayout service itself, which will have its own terms at launch.
1. What the waitlist is
The waitlist is a contact list kept by AMTECCO for people who want to hear when APlayout, an AMTECCO service, becomes available.
2. What joining does not do
Joining does not create an account, give access to a service, reserve capacity, fix a price or create any obligation for you or for us. The APlayout service is not yet offered, and its features, availability and prices may change before launch.
3. What we will send
One e-mail to confirm your address and, after you confirm, news about the launch of APlayout. You can unsubscribe from any e-mail in one click.
4. Your information
Please give accurate details and only an address you are entitled to use. We handle your details as described in the privacy notice.
5. The website
Information on aplayout.com describes a service in preparation and is provided as is. Comparisons with other services reflect public information on the date stated and may be out of date; product names belong to their owners.
6. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes go to the courts of Brussels, Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
