Privacy notice

1. Who we are

APlayout is a service of AMTECCO. The controller of your personal data is AMTECCO, enterprise number 0748.398.550 (VAT BE0748398550). Questions about privacy go to privacy@amtecco.com.

2. What we collect

• Waitlist: your e-mail address and, if you give them, your name, company, role and the number of channels you plan; the time you gave consent and confirmed it; the page and campaign that brought you (for example utm_source); and your browser’s preferred language.
• Security: a keyed one-way hash of your IP address, used to stop abuse. We never store the IP address itself.
• Website: standard server logs (time, page, user agent) kept for security and kept briefly. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies; if that changes we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• To e-mail you about the APlayout launch — on the basis of your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you confirm by clicking the link we send.
• To keep the site and the form secure — on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How we protect it

Your e-mail address, name and company are encrypted at rest. We look addresses up through a keyed hash, so a copy of the database alone does not reveal them. Only AMTECCO staff who prepare the launch can see the list.

5. Who else processes it

Our hosting provider, our e-mail delivery provider and, when enabled, a bot-protection service that checks the form is sent by a person. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with other companies.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Where a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed addresses are kept until APlayout launches and for at most 12 months afterwards, or until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing we keep only the keyed hash of your address, so we can honour the request.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time — every e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe link. Write to privacy@amtecco.com. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

9. Changes

We will update this notice when the service launches or when we add analytics, and change the date above. Material changes are announced to the waitlist.
